Tristan Chappell is a Certified Personal Trainer, Physiotherapist Assistant and Occupational Therapist Assistant. With a background in junior bodybuilding, Tristan has the capacity to strengthen clients’ weaknesses without concern. He is also certified in Resist-A-Ball Swiss Ball work and has lots of experience with group boot-camp and cardio hip hop classes. Does your nervous system need to take a break? Yoga and yoga with a focus on healing relaxation available. There is nothing that cannot be modified. Want to slim down? Take your fitness to the next level? Train for a specific sport? Train around an injury? Focus on an existing injury therapeutically? Get stronger? More confident? Maybe you just need a good introduction to how to work-out properly and really understand your own muscle-mind connection? The human body is a really cool machine that can produce results you never realised you could produce until you try. Cookie-cutter workout programs don’t breed results. Gary Buller has been involved in fitness for many years. He completed the Canfitpro Personal Trainer Specialist Course in 2004 along with doing martial arts since 1996. He started martial arts with Aikido and moved on to Ninjutsu in 1999. He received his Level 3 Shidoshiho Private Student Certificate in 2000. In 2013, Gary also became certified a Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association. Gary is focused on delivering results. He uses his martial arts background to compliment his unique ability to create effective exercises specific to his clients' needs, . Gary specializes in body building and weight loss. 
 

 

 

​Sarah is an amazing personal trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Degree. She has experience working with MVA patients where she has developed, implemented and delivered rehabilitation programs for clients specific to injury at the Markham Pain Clinic.  She also performs postural assessments.  Sarah has her Level 3 Soccer Coach, Level 1 Special Olympics Coach, and her Reebok Core Training Certificate.  She has held positions throughout her career such as Fitness Director, Kinesiologist, Master Trainer, and Physical Education Specialist. 

 

 

Brandy’s qualifications include 3 different specialties. She has been certified as a Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist, and holds a Cardio Kickboxing Level 1 Instructor certificate.  Brandy is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals and has experience training in her specialties.

​​Rob  has had 12+ years of experience in the fitness industry as well as a Police Foundations Diploma. Rob holds 3 different certifications: Personal Trainer with American Council on Exercise (ACE); Personal Trainer with Canadian Fitness Professionals, and International Fitness Association as an Aerobic Instructor and Personal Trainer. Rob specializes in plyometrics, high intensity training, weight loss, and body building. He has trained a wide variety of clients from teenagers to mature adults.
